Our specialty mushrooms, grown in Abu Dhabi, are roasted up with garlic to create this delicious soup that is not only a tasty lunch or evening starter, but also reduces food waste. 

 

Below Farm have teamed up with award winning Chef Vanessa Bayma to find a home for mushrooms that aren’t quite pretty enough to make it to the supermarket shelf but are just as delicious.

Ingredients: Water, oyster mushroom, king oyster mushroom, vegan whipping cream (lentil protein preparation [water, 1.1% lentil protein], palm fat, rapeseed oil, sugar, corn starch, emulsifiers [sunflower lecithin, sugar esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids], stabilisers: guar gum, locust bean gum, natural flavours, salt, colorant [beta-carotene]), olive oil, brown onion, garlic, mushroom mix powder (shitake mushroom, oyster mushroom) , salt, vegetable stock powder (Salt, Dehydrated vegetables [35%] [Onions, Carrots, Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Garlic, Celery](, black pepper, garlic powder, Spanish paprika, dried thyme.
